- If your escort agency or escort business resides in the States, there are no nudities or poses depicting sex are allowed.
We will only make an exception on a case by case basis and your account will be charged an extra $100 per month plus you will need to adhere to Title 18, Section 2257 of the U.S. Code which requires producers of certain sexually explicit images to comply with certain recordkeeping requirements. For purposes of the law, “explicit” means any of the following:
a) Visual depiction of a nude female breast including the nipple
b) Visual depiction of nude genitals or opaquely covered erect male genitals (think latex)
c) Visual depiction of actual or simulated sex act, even if none of the items above are visible.photographic depiction of the female breast which includes the areolar area, or any depiction of the female or male genitals.
In order for us to allow you to keep such photos on your site, you will need to provide the full name, any alias ever used by the escort in the past, date of birth, and a record of each URL the photograph has been posted to and when. A § 2257 Compliance Statement must accompany each page with such a photograph, giving an actual address where the records may be located. The specific form of these requirements and statements vary frequently as the law changes, and the penalties for non-compliance are severe.
Having access to this level of service means we have to monitor your site very closely to make sure you are in compliance of these laws.
We feel it's just much easier that you avoid nudity or any of the above altogether.
